The shipping time for your order will vary depending on manufacturer and type of item - please see individual product information for details.
Small and medium items will be delivered via parcel courier, we will provide details of the courier and tracking information when your order is ready for dispatch.
Large/fragile items (or orders for multiple items) will be delivered via pallet courier. This is a kerbside delivery service so goods can only be left on the pavement or driveway/garden if accessible (this is at the drivers discretion). It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for items to be taken into the property (drivers are not insured to unpack the pallet or handle loose items). The customer will also need to arrange disposal of the pallet
We will always try to deliver within the specified times but times are approximate as there can sometimes be delays due to circumstances outside our control.
We strongly recommend that customers do not book installers until items have been delivered and checked. We will not accept liability for any costs, consequential loss or inconvenience caused by delays to delivery.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Delivery charges are dependent on products purchased, order value and delivery location.
Orders for multiple items will incur the highest applicable delivery charge and be shipped when all items are available. We may be able to split your order if some items are on a longer lead time but there would be additional delivery charges to do this.
Orders must be checked within 24 hours of delivery and any damaged or missing items reported to us via email.
Pallet deliveries must be checked for damage before the driver leaves - any issues with goods or damage to packaging should be reported to the driver and to our office by email with photographs. The delivery date for pallet deliveries will be agreed in advance - once this has been agreed please ensure that someone is available on the agreed day to accept delivery as failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.
Unfortunately there are some areas that we are unable to deliver to including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. There are also areas that may incur a delivery surcharge for some deliveries (for example postcodes within congestion charge zones or remote areas that are harder for our couriers to reach), if you are affected by this we will contact you to advise when we receive your order. If you are unsure if we can deliver to you or if surcharges will apply please contact us.
