Please ensure items are checked for damage and suitably packaged before returning- any items returned as “good stock “ that are found to be damaged when received at our warehouse will not be refunded.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so we can authorise the return and issue return paperwork.

We do not arrange collection, it is your responsibility to arrange the return and cover the cost of return shipping.  We recommend arranging suitable insurance cover and obtaining proof of shipping.

We do not accept returns for any special order items - this includes furniture items and any items made to size/colour.

You can return unwanted items for refund (excluding special orders) within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging as received.
